We want you to be satisfied with cloudcv.ai. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchased credits.
1. Credit Purchases
cloudcv.ai operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits which are consumed when using AI-powered features such as CV generation, editing, translation, photo enhancement, and cover letter creation.
2. Free Trial
Every new user receives one free CV generation to experience the platform. No payment is required for this initial generation. This allows you to evaluate the service before purchasing credits.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- Unused credits: If you have not used any credits from a purchased package within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partially used credits: If you have used some credits from a package within 14 days, you may receive a prorated refund for the unused portion, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Service issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service and our support team is unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of usage.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Credits purchased more than 14 days ago
- Credits that have been fully consumed
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (as AI output varies and you can regenerate using different models)
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Duplicate purchases where credits have been used from either package
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Send an email to support@cloudcv.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address
- Include the date and amount of the purchase
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request
We will process your request within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
6. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Credits associated with the refund will be immediately deducted from your account
7. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us at support@cloudcv.ai before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
