• AI-generated CV content based on user-provided information
• Professional CV templates and formatting

• AI-enhanced professional photo editing
• Cover letter generation
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) score analysis
• PDF export of completed documents

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Credits and Payments

• First CV generation is free for new users as a one-time demo.
• All subsequent AI-powered features (editing, regeneration, translation, photo enhancement, cover letter generation) require credits.
• Credits can be purchased through our platform using supported payment methods.
• Credit packages are non-transferable between accounts.
• Credits do not expire unless the account is terminated for a violation of these terms.
• Prices are displayed in USD. The exchange rate and any additional fees from your payment provider are your responsibility.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Resell or redistribute generated content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier offerings
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

7. Intellectual Property

The cloudcv.ai platform, including its design, code, templates, and AI models, is the intellectual property of cloudcv.ai. You retain ownership of the personal information and content you provide. You are granted a license to use the generated CVs, cover letters, and documents for your personal and professional use.

8. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it in job applications or professional settings. cloudcv.ai is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

9. Data and Privacy

10. Service Availability
